Your opportunity:



-

Provide assistance in completing functions associated with the wait listing of patients, bookings of procedures, appointments, procedure/appointment cancellations, rescheduling and removals from the waiting list using the relevant information systems in a timely manner

-

Maintaining the cardiac catheter lab theatre schedule and assisting with the organisation of cardiology pre-admission clinic

-

Ensure patient confidentiality at all times

-

Deliver a professional and caring customer focussed service

-

Undertake duties in a professional, courteous and approachable manner to all staff





About you:



-

We are seeking an experienced individual with excellent interpersonal skills

-

Courteous and pleasant manner

-

Sound knowledge of medical terminology

-

Previous experience in a hospital setting or medical environment

-

Previous experience with IPM and EPIC

-

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
