About the Role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Sales Executive to join our professional Sales and Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for business development and your own portfolio of accounts, to contribute towards the achievement of the Sales Budget through direct sales activities. In addition, a major aspect of this role will be to provide administrative support to the Sales Department as required.

Skills Required:

- Must have proven sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills to convert enquiries

- Ability to source and secure new business

- Be able to multitask, plan and prioritise your workload

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and presentation

- Have excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Be extremely team orientated and enjoy working in a team environment

- Be organised and have strong attention to detail with high-level efficiency & organisation.

- Excellent administration, time-keeping and professional skills

- Have a warm, friendly, professional manner towards all stakeholders 

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years’ corporate sales and administration experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment

- Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing is highly desirable

- Possess credible knowledge of the local corporate & travel agent markets

- Be able to leverage off existing business relationships

- Experience in client calling & appointment setting

- Have a strong understanding of the industry trends and ability to adapt accordingly

- Must be proficient in MS Office

- Experience using Delphi & Opera Hotel Operating System is an advantage
