About the Role:

We currently have the opportunity for two experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our team at the Stamford Grand in Glenelg, on a full time basis. To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident in running all aspects of a busy Food and Beverage outlet. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maximising profitability such as through upselling, while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service;

- A commitment to ensuring guests receive a level of service which aligns to the Stamford Way;

- Responding to guest feedback/concerns in a prompt and professional manner;

- Ensuring operational efficiency of the outlet during scheduled shifts; 

- Management and development of team members, ensuring a positive and motivating team environment;

- Accountability for personal and team compliance with internal policies and procedures, food safety and WHS protocols

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and attributes:

- Strong leadership skills and previous experience in the hospitality industry;

- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills;

- A high level of personal presentation and grooming;

- Good computer literacy skills;

- Experience in using a POS system, Micros is preferred;

- The availability to work various shifts over a 7 day roster;

- Hold a nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification;
