The company: located in the heart of the CBD, this iconic 270 room boutique hotel combines modern elegance with a sought after location. It comprises of two food and beverage outlets, a bar as well as extensive conference facilities.
The role: Your main responsibilities will include sourcing,
establishing and maintaining relationships with the corporate and conference clients and identifying and securing new opportunities for business growth. You will also develop and implement appropriate marketing campaigns to drive business levels throughout the year and ensure effective communication of all new offers and products to repeat and prospective clients.
You will be: proactive, self motivated and target orientated, have strong business acumen, be a excellent negotiator with outstanding interpersonal kills, have a minimum of two years hotel BDM experience within 4-5 star luxury hotels. You will display a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and an enthusiasm for business development across the corporate and conference markets.
