Join our family in this role:

We’re seeking rising stars to join our team as a 3IC. In this role, you'll:

- Assist the management team

- Learn and develop your management skills as you assist in the day-to-day store running

- Understand and empathise with the unique demands of new and expectant parents

- Offer customer service that goes above and beyond

- Champion Baby Bunting's core values on the shop floor in everything you do

- Work alongside the Store Managers to meet and beat your KPI’s and financial targets

- Have a keen eye for merchandise displays

- Dress the store to reflect our latest catalogue promotions

- Guide parents through product features by demonstrating how they work

- Build and maintain a genuine bond with every parent you help

- Commit to a safety-first culture for all by ensuring all OH&S; standards are upheld

- Respect and listen to team members to build an unbreakable team dynamic

- Work a full-time roster, including late night trade and one weekend day


Tuesday to Saturday roster - 38 hours per week, including Thursday nights.

What you'll bring to the role:


- Have a solid background in customer service

- Understand the needs of expectant and new parents on their path through parenthood

- Expertly and patiently guide customers through the brands and products we stock

- Have a flair for clear communication

- Show an ability to work efficiently in a challenging and fast-paced environment

- Be comfortable managing and motivating others

- Be comfortable inspiring your team to exceed their sales targets

- Have a proven track-record in meeting and beating sales targets and KPI’s
