The role with us As a Customer Sales & Service Consultant O2A, you will provide quality and cost-effective customer service to Telstra customers through the recording of complex product and service orders and faults. You’ll be working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, but you’ll be supported by your leader and be equipped with the right tools to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Typical functions include but are not limited to:
Advice and activation of specialised IT products and services Advice and recording of complex customer orders Liaison with key stakeholders in the end to end order to activate process Usage of multiple IT systems and workflows Who we look for To thrive in a career with our team, you will be confident, knowledgeable, and resilient. You’ll work well within our team and bring a positive attitude and drive to exceed KPI's. Demonstrated experience in a contact centre environment Has knowledge of sales/telemarketing procedures Strong written communication skills – allowing you to easily connect and develop rapport with others and drive customer satisfaction Previous experience with core Telstra systems (e.g. Siebel/Console) is ideal, but not required A passion for customer service The ability to think critically - we operate in a very public and high-risk platform which requires quick thinking and the ability to adapt Successful candidates must be able to commit to working shifts spanning across 24 hours a day 7 days a week Ability to work from home (we currently work from home full time, with optional/occasional required in office days) There will be 3 full weeks of onsite training once you commence.
