About The Care Home
Bupa Eastwood is a charming Care Home set in the picturesque rolling hills located in the beautiful Bairnsdale. Specialising in Respite, Residential, Palliative and Specialised Dementia Care.
About The Role
As the General Manager of our Eastwood care home, you will be responsible for its overall daily operations. You will support and champion the Bupa Model of Care to our residents, create a culture for our people to love working at Bupa, and you will achieve extraordinary business performance. You will be supported by a Business Administrator, Regional Support Manager and Regional Manager,
in addition to Clinical and Education Consultants, to achieve our desired business goals, and provide high level care to our residents and their families.

Skills and Experience
Registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse - Div 1 (preferred)First class operational leadership experienceDemonstrated abilities in growing and developing peopleAdvanced understanding of service improvement, WHS principles and previous experience within a regulatory environmentStrong ability to manage resources and exceed targetsProven record of accomplishment of successfully implementing changePossess excellent skills in leading through relationshipsAn understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
