About the Role
Use your cleaning skills in a role in which you can really make a difference – assisting in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the home, all whilst providing our residents with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Maintaining legislated safety, quality and hygiene standardsCleaning patient rooms, bathrooms and living areasCleaning communal and dining areasCompleting required documentation and reportingAd hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and catering
Skills and Experience
Ideally Cert III Hospitality, but not essentialPrevious experience gained in a similar role,
aged care experience highly regarded but not essentialExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsAn understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and OutcomesMust have a current national police certificate or be willing to complete a criminal history checkMust have flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends and evenings
