Not all administration roles are the same, and this role is certainly no different, there are a few things that could be considered out of the ordinary for an Administration role. While you will be responsible for the day to day running of our VIC sales office, you'll provide high quality administrative support to our State Sales Manager and the VIC Sales Team and you’ll be exposed to all aspects of administration, presenting you with a rare opportunity to fast track your professional development.



If you like lists, some of the key components of the role are:



- General administrative support

- Invoice processing

- Working with internal stakeholders

- Help improve our internal processes



 A key component of your role will also be acting as the H&S; Sales Champion, owning the administrative side of all H&S; Sales related requirements including the upkeep of the training database, site plan including Health and Wellbeing plan, and the administration that links it all together.



In this role you are going to be wearing multiple hats throughout the day. This not limited to; ordering stationary, mail distribution, fleet administration taking calls from customers, sales reps on the road, customer service team members; working with SAP and raising purchase orders, sorting out credit notes, taking payments; and working on Return To Work programs for local staff.

We aren’t a team that shies away from a challenge, and neither should you be.



Our wish list of skills would look something like this:



- Attitude, we just mentioned it but its pretty important to us

- Excellent admin skills

- Experience or an interest in RTW programs and safety in the workplace

- High attention to detail with a natural curiosity to asking questions

- The usual Microsoft programs, SAP experience would be a nice to have but isn’t essential



 While we need you to demonstrate the fundamental skills required to efficiently support the team, which you'll likely have been gained by completing a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, or relevant discipline, what we believe will ultimately set you up for success at Frucor, will be your energetic approach, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for our values.
