- Provide assistance to ANZ business with report formatting and production for projects, proposals and tenders

- Reconcile AMEX statements and local business accounts

- Provide assistance to Melbourne Senior Administrator coordinating Melbourne office related events and functions

- General support (Answer incoming calls and screen telephone calls, make and record appointments, draft letters, minute taking, attend meetings, both in office and other locations where required)

- Enter out of office timesheets when required

- Carry out specific project and research as required

- Maintain ERM filing system, including:

- Create new electronic files for projects and proposals based in the Melbourne office

- Regularly archive closed files

- Make arrangements for the retrieval of archived files when requested

- Maintain a register of physical and electronic files held by the Melbourne office

- Maintain a register of archives stored externally

- Assist with Travel bookings for ANZ offices ensuring within ERM Travel policy guidelines

- Provide support to the Melbourne Senior Administrator as and when required

- In cooperation with the whole administration team, ensure work areas, printing and collation areas, board rooms, meeting rooms and kitchen is kept clean and free of mess at all times.


To be successful for this role you will demonstrate and possess:

- Exceptional relationship building skills with colleagues

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy
