About the team
The Infrastructure and Place (IP) division is in the process of delivering an ambitious and once-in-a generation multi-billion program of public infrastructure works which will ease congestion, improve safety,

We now have multiple positions for experienced Senior Planning Managers to be a part of Transport for NSW and help us in shaping the delivery of a $72.bn program – the largest Australia has ever seen – to keep people and goods moving, connect communities and shape the future of our cities, centres and regions.
The primary purpose of these roles is to develop and maintain master integrated schedules for a portfolio of programs/projects to provide full visibility and monitoring of key activities and milestones without compromising any project/program interdependency.
These leadership roles will see you lead and support the project team in the implementation of master integrated schedules with numerous inputs, often involving multiple projects/programs. Working closely with various disciplines and project/program teams to ensure the accuracy of your programs, you will develop and maintain master schedules for portfolio of programs/projects in order to monitor key activities and milestones.

We are looking for an experienced and technically capable senior leader with a significant level of experience working on Project planning and performance reporting. You understand that effective planning and performance reporting is the key to improvement, risk mitigation and cost-savings. Knowing this, you always take pride in your work and demonstrate attention to detail when putting together reports and recommendations. To be successful in this role, you’ll be a collaborative and influential team player, working closely with a range of stakeholders to inspire direction and drive the implementation of new planning and performance initiatives.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience at a senior level in a large organisation in project planning and performance reporting.
- Significant experience in the development and implementation of strategic planning and performance initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in Schedule Management using Acumen Fuse, Primavera P6, Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA), Acumen Risk and Primavera Risk Analysis
