The Role



As a Claims Assistant, you will provide administrative support to GB’s Eligibility teams to ensure the delivery of a quality claims service for injured workers and clients.



In this role, you will acquire valuable skills and experience with a view to progress to new heights in your Worker’s Compensation career



You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following:



- Providing administrative support to GB’s Eligibility during their day to day Eligibility determinations

- Enhancing the performance of your team by performing administrative tasks such as appointment setting ad confirmation, liaising with injured workers and various other parties relating to the eligibility process, composing standard letters,

maintaining spreadsheets, photocopying and filing documents, and maintaining databases accurately

- Driving your career by developing your legislative, technical and injury management knowledge through on the job learning and by attending internal/external courses as required

- Administration experience/knowledge of general business and administrative practices
