The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing operational management and administrational support to the Head of WPB (Wealth & Personal Banking).


- Provide Executive Assistant responsibilities to Head of WPB including by not limited to diary management, email management, coordination and scheduling of meetings including conference calls, Video Conference, WebEx, Zoom meetings and screen and direct phone calls.

- Acts as the Chief of Staff and as a trusted advisor to the WPB business through providing appropriate business management support.

- Co-ordinate, collate and prepare presentations, reports and adhoc requirements as directed.

- Manage and coordinate travel plans for Head of WPB as and when required.

- Monitor all expenses and ensure approvals for accounts and expenses are managed in a timely manner.

- Be a coach and support to more junior members of the team and the function.



- Previous experience supporting a senior leader, preferably in a retail banking environment

- Understanding of retail banking strategies, structures, processes and objectives

- High level of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously

- Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with Senior Executives

- Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language

- Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group
