About the Role

To work under minimal supervision with a Remote area Nurse within a multidisciplinary health care setting to provide a high standard of chronic health management, including delivering specific health care programs, assessing and treating all clients, maintaining health care systems and providing health education programs, assisted telehealth services and community liaising functions in order to contribute to better health outcomes for the whole community and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
