We are looking for an exceptional, experienced and passionate person to join our friendly team as an Owner Relations & Administration Officer .



As our next Owner Relations & Administration Officer reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:





- Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing apartment owners and to build and develop relationships with potential investors and other building stakeholders

- Responding to enquiries from apartment owners in relation to matters regarding the management of their investments, apartment returns and general owner account enquiries

- Effectively resolve owner enquiries and concerns

- Cultivating relationships with apartment owners to ensure they are satisfied

- Suggesting and implementing strategies to develop and strengthen communications and relations with stakeholders throughout Asia Pacific

- Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge about the management letting options provided by Accor and relevant industry legislation

- Implementing strategies and initiatives to increase keys under management



What we are looking for:



- Proven administrative experience

- Strong time management and organisational skills, with an excellent work ethic

- Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- A real estate sales certificate would be a bonus
