The Senior Project Manager,

FCC (Flu Cell Culture) Lead - will be responsible for the overall direction and support for management of capital projects, specifically related to the design and execution of the FCC capital engineering building and processes within the Banksia Project. Based mainly at Tullamarine (Australia) whilst remaining part of the Seqirus Parkville Engineering Projects Department, this role is fixed term. Role scope will include leading and delivering the project objectives, controlling scope changes to meet budget and schedule, functionality according to the building URS, GMP, safety and environmental requirements within their building. This includes all aspects of vendor equipment design, fabrication, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), construction, SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), installation and commissioning activities are delivered in accordance to Project Specifications, and within the establish Project Scope, Budget and Schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with Construction, Maintenance, Operations, MS&T;, Commissioning and Qualification teams and peer process and building lead groups to ensure smooth transition with engineering activities. You will be responsible for: Planning, execution and close out of Engineering Test Plans for process equipment coordinate engineering testing with Commissioning and Qualification Development of Cleaning and Sterilization cycles Lead Design Qualification for your area Key aspects of the role will be to drive value engineering initiatives and maintain a significant level of strategic engagement across multiple local and global business groups. To be successful in this role you will have: A Bachelor degree in a relevant Engineering field is required with an excellent understanding of the process and engineering systems that operate within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Experience in Project management with the ability to lead and deliver a project of significant global and business importance. A demonstrated ability to lead and work closely with multiple project teams and project managers to deliver large and highly complex projects Advanced computer-based project management skills and an extensive understanding of quality, risk and contract management processes and procedures Well-developed regulatory and compliance code understanding in respect to the manufacturing/production and engineering environment.
