The Firm & The Role

Well respected specialist family law firm on the Gold Coast. Acting for high net worth individuals, our client is consistently very busy and is looking to recruit another family lawyer with at least 5 years PAE.

This is very much a 'hands on' role for some-one who has had experience in a broad range of family law matters such as parenting, property, de facto and same sex relationships, spouse maintenance and child support applications, property settlements.

You will be able to hit the ground running, take initial instructions, appear in court on mentions and directions hearing. But at the same time you will also be mentored and supported by the Principal of the firm and broader team

Skills & Experience

In order to be suitable for this role you will have:

- at least 5 years post admission experience in the area of family law;

- drafting & advisory skills;

- the ability to adapt and be flexible;

- the ability to work autonomously;

- the ability and to liaise with clients;

- drive, ambition, energy; and

- ability to work in a team environment.
