About the role
You will be accountable for delivering customer service by answering inbound enquiries and responding to emails providing information on salary packaging and novated lease services.
Successful applicants must be available full-time hours (38) with availability across the fostered span of business hours and be willing to undergo a national background check:
Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 6.30pm
Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with all clients and customers Answering general telephone & email queries in a timely manner Data entry while Working closely with clients to ensure benefits are maximised whilst minimising risk Managing the filing, storage, and security of documents. Working towards agreed individual and team targets and KPI’s.
To be successful in the role you will have:
At least 12 months experience in a customer service role (ideally phone based). Strong verbal & written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex information in a simple manner. Excellent time management, organisational and prioritising skills. Proven ability to deliver a superior customer experience Demonstrated accountability and follow through to see customer issues resolved
Must be able to pass background checks, including a national police history check and provide 2 references Must be able to commence in the role on 19th May 2021, where you will be involved in an extensive 3-week training program
