About the role
As our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;)
Manager, you will bejoining a market-leading Corporate Finance team here at BDO Perth.As a practice, we offer full-service Corporate Finance, from LeadAdvisory Mergers & Acquisitions to Transaction Services,Valuations & Financial Modelling.

To be successful in this position, you willneed:
Extensive experience in Strategy Consultancy, Financial Analytics, or a Mergers & Acquisitions role A self-starter attitude with a burning desire to evolve into a highly capable M&A; professional The ability to think strategically, considering your client’s objectives and desired outcomes Understand key deal legal documentation and a capability to offer an informed view on key commercial elements The ability to execute on complex and time-sensitive client engagements, including preparing pitch documents and information memorandums Experience in building 3-way financial models, preparing market appraisals, valuations, and comprehensive industry/company research Experience preparing high-quality internal documents & presentations Contribute to the management and training of the M&A; team by sharing information and creating a learning environment for junior members Confidence in conversing with clients and business executives via a range of channels
The required qualifications
CA and/or CFA qualifications, complete or on the path to completion Master of Business Administration, complete or on the path to completion Demonstrated ongoing personal and professional development
