THE ROLE- end to end full function AP covering:
Matching documentation where appropriate- invoices, purchase orders, delivery dockets etc and reconciling accounts
Process adjustments as needed before preparing payments for authorisation
Credit Cards / Cabcharge reimbursements
Coding of accounts for expense allocation
Prepare all payments in a timely manner
Organisation of all documentation in a logical manner for compliance
Liaison with suppliers as required
Reporting: expense analysis; extraction of data and preparation of reports as required
Assist with accounting projects as required
Input in continuous improvement - recommendations on procedural changes
Drive a culture focused on health and safety
Will be open to a Maternity Leave Assignment - 10-12 months or possibly a bit longer
OK to travel to heart of CBD and work with a great team
Demonstrated accounts payable experience - end to end full function
Have excellent communication skill both verbal and written.
Show strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
Competent excel skills is also essential
