In this leadership role,
you will manage a team of experienced and emerging developers and vendors to deliver solutions that meet user and business requirements. With strong technical expertise, you will approach your work with flair and creativity and propel the Bureau forward in its use of modern technologies. You will work closely with the Digital Solutions Architect, other IT teams and work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organisation. Your resource management is strong along with your ability to analyse and evaluate requirements to define and develop solutions for web and mobile systems, applications and processes.The Digital Development Manager is pivotal to enabling how the Bureau delivers its products and services in the future. The role combines front and back-end knowledge to develop modern, secure and stable technical solutions for web and mobile services while ensuring those solutions meet business and user requirements.Our ideal person for this role will have a track record of successfully implementing mobile apps and web solutions in complex environments and will demonstrate advanced industry and technical knowledge, business acumen and stakeholder collaboration skills. They will be certified and experienced in agile/DevOps methodologies and be at the forefront of mobile directions and responsive design and delivery.Along with technical expertise, the role requires an experienced team leader who can motivate and guide staff and manage a large and diverse portfolio of work.
