$124,033 - $165,983 plus superannuation

Melbourne CBD (currently remote)

This position is responsible for both managing individual program integrity matters to a high standard and providing high level operational, strategic and policy leadership with a focus on actively identifying areas of risk and opportunities for specific and systemic improvements within the department's COVID programs.

This role reports directly to the Director, Innovation Capabilities


is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the Department and Government to ensure the effective development and delivery of innovation-related policies,


and projects.

As a natural leader, the successful candidate will collaborate across the Department to undertake independent risk and integrity assessment across all COVID programs. The role will be responsible for risk-based prioritisation, independent reviews, spot-checks and stress-testing of programs, and work with program owners and delivery areas to ensure appropriate risk assessment and integrity controls are established and maintained. The role involves high level stakeholder engagement, rapid response, and briefing senior departmental staff on risk and integrity matters.

. Incumbent must be able to

engage and collaborat


with other groups within the Department, other government departments and agencies to inform the preparation

of inter-sector policy and program implementation.

Ability to develop and build mutually beneficial partnerships through a wide range of stakeholders at multiple levels in the private and public sectors.
