About Monash Health

We are building the Victorian Heart Hospital which will feature an expansion of our EMR and the integration of supporting digital systems.
About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Digital Health team as a Principal Trainer. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of training for a range of digital systems including the EMR. As a member of our collaborative team, the Principle Trainer will develop training plans, create training content, develop training materials, conduct training webinars for our EMR and broader digital system training and adoption programs. The Principal Trainer delivers high quality training and support to a broad range of end users including clinical and non-clinical staff across the Monash Health sites.
The Digital Health Principal Trainer engages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Digital Health Training and Adoption programs meet the needs of Monash Health staff, preparing them and providing ongoing support to use digital systems accurately and confidently.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate sound educational experience including teaching, supervision and materials development. Your teaching skills are characterised as engaging, relevant, innovative, supporting and effective. Success in the role sees you contributing to the achievement of the Digital Health Training and Adoption team’s goals and objectives. You have strong computer skills and demonstrate agility in supporting and delivering digital system training and adoption programs.
This role will involve travel between Monash Health campuses and accordingly a current Driver’s Licence is a mandatory requirement.

Relevant Qualification (aligned to position description)
Demonstrated experience (aligned to position description noting no reference to years of experience)
Current AHPRA registration
