HSIE Teacher (Senior Legal Studies) - Permanent (Commencing Term 2 Week 4 2021 or by negotiation).

Key Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will be a highly effective teacher who demonstrates the following:
Commitment to the Catholic Church and a strong sense of faith.
Have a capacity to enliven the values of truth, empathy, excellence, curiosity and collaboration in students with regard to the Mission and Vision of Sydney Catholic Schools.
Qualified to teach HSIE across all Secondary Stages and including Stage 6 Legal Studies.
Be willing to undertake continued professional development and faith formation.
Has a willingness to assist and lead students in extracurricular activities like performance and exhibitions.
Be prepared to undertake leadership mentoring and training from peers and develop and demonstrate strong professional relationships with colleagues.

All teachers at MCCNS are expected to demonstrate high order ICT skills, and a willingness for further skill development, for teaching and administration purposes. Marist Catholic College North Shore is a K-12 Coeducational College in the Marist Tradition. The Primary Campus (St Mary's) and the Secondary Campus (Lavalla) are located on the same site, in the heart of North Sydney, opposite North Sydney Oval. The College has a current enrolment of 1300 students. The Lavalla Campus was founded in 1888 as a boys school and will welcome girls into Year 7 for the first time in 2021.
