We are seeking a true customer champion to work on a full time basis, at our Arndell Park office. As a Customer Care Consultant you will coordinate and drive all areas of the business towards delivering on customer needs as well as building and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, some of the responsibilities in this varied role include:

- Handling incoming calls from prospective and existing customers including inquiries, troubleshooting problems and providing information in a timely manner and with courtesy

- Explaining the company’s products and services to new and existing clients

- Creating further interest in the company's services by inviting customers to use all services and products offered

- Ensuring that all order processing is keyed with accuracy and any issues are discussed with the Customer Care Manager, then if required, referred to the appropriate internal contact

- Acting as the first point of contact for disputes; and escalating customer queries as and when required

- End to end follow up on customers’ calls with clerical duties, including writing comments, filling out paperwork and liaising with other departments

- Making allocated outbound calls and closing off with selected feedback data

- Identifying sale/lead opportunities by engaging in conversation with customers

- Achieving set outbound conversion goals and proactively contributing to improving processes

Our successful candidate will possess:

- Solid experience as a Customer Service Officer or Consultant in a corporate environment

- An energetic, passionate and motivated approach to their work

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with key stakeholders

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads; and

- The desire to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team
