About the role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll work closely with a range of internal clients across the College to deliver high quality projects, within agreed quality and budget. External stakeholders, including potential customers or vendors, will also need to be effectively engaged and managed.
You will operate effectively within a project management methodology to understand and meet the needs of the business. Working with the broader IS and PMO team, this end-end senior PM role is responsible for defining, planning, organising, documenting,
reporting and delivering successful cross-functional projects that are significant in scope and impact to Monash College operations.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior PM who wants to utilise their skills to make a positive impact on the College. You’ll be able to leverage your experience integrating business, technical, environmental and human aspects of complex project and/or solution design activities whilst balancing conflicting requirements on a wide range of platforms and technologies.
One of your strengths lies in your ability to define and scope business problems and develop achievable project documentation to ensure all stakeholders buy in to the resultant change. You’ll deliver through a flexible and collaborative approach, adept at building productive relationships across the College.

The information systems team supplies and supports the Enterprise PMO, and a shared Project Delivery Capability, in addition to supporting the College’s application development, maintenance and support of information management systems that underpin delivery of our strategy.
This role is being offered on a 2 year fixed term, full time basis with a salary range of $116,547-$134,033 + 17% super (professional staff level 7 in our EBA).
