Your role will see you:

Build rapport velop relationships with customers to gain their buy in to initiating or extending their use of our product range

Use consultative techniques to qualify estion customers to discover their stated/ unstated logical otional needs

Be able to adapt your conversational approach based on differing personality types fferent promotions

Communicate transparently with Air-Met Scientific team members stomers in a way that fosters collaboration amwork

Provide proposal les coordination support in a way that ensures customers- needs are met

Encourage customers to place orders based on their needs ying style

We know this is an exciting opportunity, but there are a few things we need from you:

An adaptable person who loves changing things up king on new challenges

An ambitious, goal driven personality with a desire to make a difference with customers

Minimum 2 years- experience where you have successfully engaged with customers over the phone

The ability to grow sales through listening nsultative conversations

The ability to work autonomously, but also work closely within the entire sales team to reach our overall goals

The self-awareness to recognise the impact you have on others ility to manage your own emotional state

A love of talking on the phone alluring vocal presence

Experience with gas detection, environmental monitoring or safety equipment would be helpful
