Due to recent growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Melbourne CBD Team to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for new job opportunities for our Government Portfolio. This exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, highly motivated and success driven Resourcer,
who is keen to work in an experienced and well established Recruitment team. This role is a permanent position, working 5 days a week reporting into the Team leader of our Melbourne CBD team.
Some of the duties of the role will be, but are not limited to:
- Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
- Provide talent search from various platforms, such as Seek Advertising, Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn etc…
- Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
- Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidates applications are processed efficiently
- Qualify, screen, shortlist and interview suitable candidates against job vacancies
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process and work with the Recruitment Team to submit applicants to open roles
- Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
- Talent Pool for a variety of Job vacancies for a variety of ongoing roles
- Track and monitor all job vacancies, candidate submissions, and outcomes through an internal tracking platform
- Understand and meet agreed KPI's and Targets
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some exposure working in the Recruitment Industry, and if you are Tertiary qualified in Human Resources this would be desirable but not essential. You will be asked to demonstrate your resilience, motivation and commitment and be able to work towards tight deadlines. You will be a positive person and a self- motivator, who enjoys working in a team and ultimately likes to have a laugh and fun at work. You will have excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills with strong time management skills and be able to work under pressure and be able to prioritise you work. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook is required, with a strong attention to detail. If you have knowledge of working with Fasttrack 360 this would be an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided.
This is a permanent position to start ASAP, working full-time hours Monday - Friday. The Melbourne CBD Team, have experienced Recruitment Specialists, so the successful candidate will have extensive on-boarding training, and will have experienced Recruitment Specialists around at all time to assist. This role could be a great start to expand your experience working within the Recruitment Industry, and IPA are always looking for dedicated staff to progress within the business.
