Our client a leading Australian residential property group with a reputation for delivering superior products and services with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth have an exciting opportunity for a Sales/Settlement Contracts Administrator based in Melbourne. This role is a temporary assignment to start ASAP for 3 months working 3 days a week.
Reporting into the Victorian Sales Manager, the position will require you to focus on assisting with the contracts and settlements of properties and focusing on the administration part of this process. This role will only suit someone that has previously worked in the property industry and had some exposure to Sales/Settlement contracts.
Some of the key responsibilities of this position will include:
- Back end Contract management from Exchange to Settlement including tracking process
- Assist the Contracts and Property Coordinator to manage all sales contracts for House & Land division and projects after client signing
- Manage the CRM (Salesforce) system and ensure all data is up to date
- Coordination of appointments for company projects
- Liaise with Development and Construction teams to ensure defects are noted, assessed and rectified
- High level of stakeholder management with various internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role you must have worked in a similar role and worked within the Property/Real Estate Industry. You must have had some exposure to property contracts and settlements. You MUST have previous experience working with the CRM System Salesforce as this is the database they use. You will be a self-starter with a customer focused approach, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure and be able to prioritise your work. You will enjoy working in a team and you must be able to maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have exceptional organisation and time management skills and be able to multitask.
