As a critical member of the GSK Regulatory team you will primarily responsible for managing the end to end process for the creation and update of artwork components for AU & NZ prescription medicine and vaccine packs.

This role requires a lot of cross functional collaboration to ensure that all matters relating to changes are clearly communicated and understood.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Providing regulatory support to ensure submission of AU & NZ regulatory pack component applications for artwork updates.

- Representing GSK Australia and New Zealand as the point of contact for artwork related activities.

- Identifying and responding to issues related to artwork development and implementation.

- Initiate, monitor and implement artwork (labelling) changes to existing packs for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

- Providing specialist input into submission strategies and responding to TGA/Medsafe questions which relate to artwork.

- Monitoring and approving new artwork componentry to support product launches for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

- Ensuring all packaging launches and changes are delivered within the agreed lead time and budget, and changes are closed out in a timely manner following implementation.

- Developing and improving existing systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity while ensuring compliance

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Previous experience in an Artwork and/or Pack Management role.

- Exceptional attention to detail and initiative with the ability to successfully manage concurrent competing priorities and deadlines.

- Strong communication skills, time management and have a focus on teamwork.

- Proficiency in stakeholder management and a willingness to work cross functionally.

- Strong systems skills including advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

- Knowledge of TGA and Medsafe labelling guidelines e.g. TGO 91. (preferred)

- Awareness of the drug development and pharmaceutical supply chain process. (preferred)

- Previous experience with TGA and Medsafe applications relating to pack/labelling updates (preferred)

- Strong problem-solving skills.
