About the role
We have an opportunity for a Information Review Officer to be part of our PoliceLink team. The Review Officer coordinates the implementation of information access legislation within the NSWPF, including the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (the GIPA Act). The role assesses applications, collaborates with key stakeholders and makes decisions regarding the release of information in accordance with legislation and associated policies and procedures.
• Obtain and maintain the requisite security clearance for this role.
• Knowledge and understanding of information access legislation including the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.

This role has the autonomy to make decisions or recommendations regarding the release of NSWPF Information in accordance with legislation and organisational instruments of delegation.
