any LLS office location in the Central West will be considered <strong><li><li><strong>Salary starting from $85,488 pa + super<strong><li><ul><p><br><a href="s:w.lls.regionscentral-west">Central West Local Land Services<a> is seeking a part-time Project Officer to assist with delivering core services for the National Landcare Program across the Central West.<br><br>Based predominately in the office this role will be responsible for delivering a variety of monitoring, reporting, data, and document management support across six (6) programs including:<p><ul><li>Collating data and coordinating project monitoring and reporting on project deliverables<li><li>Undertaking literature reviews and research<li><li>Assisting with community consultation, including organising NRM related events and communication materials<li><li>Updating data and document management systems<li><li>Assisting with the preparation of strategic plans as required.<li><ul><p><br>For more information on the role, you can download the <a href="s:files.jobs.9r9oma">role description<a>.<br><br><strong>About You:<br><strong>Ideally, you’ll have a background in natural resource management, environmental science, or agriculture, however, what’s more important is your project management, contract management, and organisational skills and your ability to professionally communicate and engage with landholders, stakeholders, community groups and other staff at all levels.<br><br>You’ll be someone with a solution-focused attitude and be able to work under pressure, prioritising tasks when your workload is high. Experience in undertaking basic review and analysis of information and contributing to the preparation of strategic planning documents would also be ideal.<br><br>As an essential requirement of the role, you’ll also need to have a current NSW Driver Licence, and the capacity and willingness to travel throughout the Central West region as required.<br><br><strong><em>Please note that the successful applicant will be required to undertake a criminal background check and functional health assessment as part of their pre-employment conditions before an offer on employment can be made.<br><br><em><strong><strong>
