The opportunity

The ILS Engineer will collaborate with Management, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply and Training functions as well as within the wider Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team. You will provide Logistic Support Analysis and deliverables for current In-Service Support (ISS) contracts, new bids and ad-hoc work. Specifically you will:

- Participation in the design of the Support System Solution to achieve stakeholder needs and expectations for optimal asset utilisation;

- Systems Engineering of the Support System

- Analysing and reporting on design, development, test and implementation to meet contract requirements;

- Assisting with ensuring that ILS procedures, processes and work practices are sufficiently comprehensive to enable production of the ILS deliverables

The successful candidate

In addition to formal engineering qualifications, the successful candidate will have experience in logistics support and system requirements for military or maritime systems and experience in managing technical documentation lifecycles. You will also have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
