Your Challenge:





We're looking for passionate phone based Customer Retention Specialists to join our high-performing team in Sydney. Your role will be driving conversion rates up and retaining our client base.



Key Responsibilities:



- Handling and overcoming objections with clients who are wishing to cancel - 80% outbound calls

- Resolving escalated issues to satisfy clients and prevent churn

- Increasing Renewal Conversions

- Identifying opportunities to increase value to customers

- Maintaining and communicating up-to-date product knowledge



You bring:



This role will see you driving conversion rates and retaining our client base of tradies. You will be someone who enjoys a real mix of customer service and sales. Your persuasive, consultative and customer focused approach, coupled with prior retention and/or sales experience will ensure you are successful in this role.



Your CV:



- You will have experience in a call centre environment, specifically within Retentions

- Your roles will have involved sales and customer service

- Exceptional listening and relationship building skills.

- Ability to overcome objections and get customers to see value in the products.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Proficiency in multi-tasking, prioritisation and problem solving

- Sense of humour and the ability to shake things off
