This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join Havas Media as an Account Director and be part of the rapidly expanding team in a collaborative, outcome obsessed, data driven integrated agency.

As our newest Account Director, you will work closely with the Group Business Director to provide leadership, direction and high quality day-to-day servicing for their clients. You will oversee planning across all online and offline channels with a particular emphasis on digital. The Account Director will be responsible for leading the overall marketing and communications strategy development process for your clients, providing key campaign insights, mentoring juniors within the team,

marketing campaign reporting and when required, supporting on new business pitches.

The role requires a passion for great work and a desire to create something genuinely different. Whilst the below details your main responsibilities, you will be required to lead other projects and champion tools, systems and processes as and when they are identified by the Group Business Director.

Day to day, your role will involve the following core responsibilities:

- Management of client relationships, communications & processes

- Organic growth for your clients (based on collaboration with internal departments)

- Identification of opportunities to monetise existing and additional products

- The development of proactive strategies and ideas for identified clients

- Ensure reporting is delivered on time and to a high standard.

- Maintaining or (where required) improving client satisfaction scores.

- Identifying the key opportunities for clients and Havas Media

- Work closely with the Group Business Director to deliver communications innovation for our clients.

- Manage and mentor junior team members, overseeing team KPIs, performance reviews and development.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years media agency experience

- Experience managing and leading client relationships at a senior level

- Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, publishers, partners & clients

- Experience project managing marketing and media campaigns with a high attention to detail

- Effective written communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities

- Experience with, or a desire to, manage the delivery & development of juniors

- Be positive and proactive in your approach

- Have an analytical mind but not short on creativity
