Team Leaders - Training Provided
Concept Retail are currently seeking enthusiastic Team Leaders to become part of our ever-growing team. Full training and ongoing support will be provided by an industry experienced team.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with great clients and forge strong relationships with varying departments, working together to deliver customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for career growth for a candidate that is seeking an interesting and fulfilling position.
This role is a casual position working full time hours.

You will be responsible for:
- Part of the team management group
- Coordinate the implantation of layouts, including approved variations, with correct use of fixtures and fittings in line with approved standards
- Coordinate the Project Scope of works from initiation through to completion ensuring all the requirements are met.
- Be responsible for ensuring all teams and customers are working and shopping in a safe environment.
- Providing excellent customer service, in line with company's culture.
We are seeking applicants with the following skills:
- The right winning attitude, drive and determination to succeed
- Ability to build rapport with new and existing customers.
- Competent computer skills and experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Well presented with professionalism in mind.
- Sound time management skills.
- Works well within a team culture
We are offering full training and while training a pay rate of $34 an hour. Once training is finished, a pay rate of $37.50 per hour day shift. This is a career opportunity. All applicants must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle.
