We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance & Reward Specialist to join our Human Resources (HR) team in Sydney .

Reporting to Head of HR Operations you will contribute to the development and implementation of a performance and reward strategy and frameworks that support the achievement of the firm's strategy, talent and performance objectives. You'll act as a trusted adviser to the business and other People & Culture team members on all performance, remuneration and benefits matters, developing fit-for-purpose solutions based on business needs and playing a key role in the delivery of cyclical reward programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building and implementing a rewards and remuneration strategy and framework

- Developing policies and processes that ensure staff are clear about their benefits and entitlements

- Providing recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of remuneration and rewards, including salary and benefit planning, market analysis, job design and position matching

- Coordinating the annual remuneration review process and ad-hoc salary review processes, and the annual performance review process

- Building quantifiable success metrics into the People & Culture programs to measure outcomes and inform continuous improvement

- Acting as a trusted advisor on all matters relating to the performance review process, remuneration & benefits

- Sourcing, analysing and modelling remuneration data and other relevant information into the provision of remuneration, performance and benefits advice

- Maintaining high standards of data quality in our remuneration, performance and benefits systems and reporting

- Support firm-wide and People & Culture reporting and other projects as required

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years' experience in remuneration, performance and benefits practices across mid-size and / or complex organisations

- Legal or professional services experience preferable

- A background in analytics and workforce metrics highly desirable

- Experience designing, implementing and maintaining a rewards and remuneration framework and strategy

- Previous experience developing policies and processes to support a remuneration and benefits framework
