Location Sydney Team Sales Reporting to Regional Director Type Full-Time, permanent Position Summary Are you an established sales leader in the Market Research space? Looking to manage a high-performing sales team? This position will lead the Australian Core sales team and is responsible for the implementation of the sales and marketing strategies, policies and practices across Australia. Reporting to the Regional Director ANZ, the Sales Director AU will be responsible for managing and growing the client base and revenue across Dynata’s Core business channels. Responsibilities Deliver sales targets and meet KPI's through a proactive account development to a mixed portfolio of new and existing clients MRA, and Consulting client Lead,
manage and mentor the Australian based client development team Support the relationship between onshore and offshore sales teams to ensure efficient and streamlined coordination of sales processes in line with our regional and local objectives Drive new business development opportunities and initiatives across the Core channel. This includes developing sales within specific channels as per Dynata’s global strategy Provide online market research sales services through a network of global online consumer research panels Offer insightful and strategic solutions to business objectives & support the preparation of a wide range of proposals Design and Implement strategic client development and key sales programs and initiatives with senior client stakeholders Lead the channel revenue opportunities of new product streams Participate in the APAC regional management team discussions representing Australia and contribute to, and take accountability for, regional initiatives and issues Support and lead the implementation of marketing programs, new product rollouts and other initiatives Lead on and deliver to key internal sales initiatives, activities and achievement of outcomes Develop knowledge of client sectors, business, industry issues and products and solutions Lead the sales management approach in partnership with operations to ensure project delivery achieves effective project management of commissioned online market research projects Represent Dynata and/or exhibit at relevant industry trade shows, conferences and seminars as directed by Dynata Qualifications A successful track record in successfully achieving sales KPI’s including business development, ideally within a consultative environment. Market Research Experience – ideally in quant research Team leader or Senior managrt with experience of leading teams larger than 5 individuals A strong academic background Proven and demonstratable ability n business development and account management An understanding of the online Market Research industry (preferable but not essential) Excellent communication skills with diverse groups and individuals Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively prioritising tasks to meet a range of tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail Strategic thinker available to engage with senior external client stakeholders An understand of financial and sales operations processes including budgeting, forecasting and sales planning The ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders Be a proactive and motivated 'go getter' who thrives in a sales environment.
