NEVERFAIL SPRING WATER Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers.
The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family.
They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it "never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got".
Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia's #1 spring water cooler business; it's an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.
In 2020,



a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in systems and processes, digitizing and modernizing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers.
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE… We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Malaga team as our Site Quality Lead!
Reporting to the Site Production Manager, your role will be to perform microbiology of water samples, complete QA checks, and maintain the QC systems ensuring we are audit ready.
You will drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Neverfail's Integrated Management systems and provide key support to the local team.
We are aiming for a 7am - 3pm day, however, can be flexible with start and finish times.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING… • Coaching, training and reviewing competency of operations team members including standard checking and calibration of equipment.
• Analysing quality information to identify trends in support of operational teams • Investigates,



reports and implements corrective actions for consumer and customer complaints.
• Reviews Quality and Production Process Controls in operations and generate change management in conjunction with production as required.
• Actively participates in continuous improvement (CI) projects • Conducting/overseeing all compliance testing and calibration activities to ensure adherence the Quality Framework.
• Coordinate the collection and complete the despatch of all routine samples as per Quality framework i.e.
monthly chemical testing etc.
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU… • 2 - 5 years' experience in a quality assurance role, Microbiology background.
• Excellent communication skills • Proven safety accountability • Effective problem-solving skills • Awareness and understanding of QMS,



HACCP and Food Safety Programmes • Preferably experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing/Packaging Technology WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
