The boutique has partnered with a global firm to find an Executive Assistant to support its head of capital raising and wider team.

Manage complex international and local scheduling, including travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and meticulous coordination.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, upholding the company's professional standards and service excellence.Organize comprehensive internal and external meetings, encompassing conference calls, video conferencing, and the management of logistics across various time zones, catering needs, and venue preparations.Take charge of monthly expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines.Handle call management with discretion, filtering inquiries and information with tact and efficiency.Embrace the role of Business Partner,
exhibiting strong commercial awareness and forming an indispensable component of the executive team.Build and nurture pivotal relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to advance company development.Anticipate and proactively address potential issues, displaying exceptional problem-solving skills.Provide critical business support and conduct general administrative tasks with a keen attention to detail.Offer EA coverage, working in tandem with other assistants to ensure consistent support and business continuity.Willingly undertake additional duties as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a corporate setting, ideally in PE or Investment Banking, demonstrating a track record of effectively supporting multiple senior executives.
Experience in the financial services or professional services sector is particularly valuable.
Your career should reflect a commitment to operational excellence, strategic support, and a comprehensive understanding of the intricate dynamics that drive a corporate powerhouse.
You should have mastered the Microsoft Office suite, especially showing advanced proficiency in Outlook and solid skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
