Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for providing seamless customer experiences? Join a supportive team as an Enrolment Officer in a contact centre environment for an education organisation.
Reporting into the Head of Enrolments, the Enrolment Officer is responsible for converting enrolment enquiries into booked service centre tours, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
This role involves managing inbound enquiries through various channels, providing high-quality customer experiences, and accurately handling information and data.
Key Responsibilities Capture and process enrolment enquiries across multiple channels,
exceeding targets and KPIs.
Convert enquiries into booked tours, ensuring a smooth and informative enrolment process.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of care and safety.
Manage and comply with all organisational processes, policies, and procedures.
Support with non-enrolment related enquiries and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact centre/customer service/sales environment.
Current Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card (or eligibility to obtain).
Strong organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Ability to work with all management levels and handle systems and technology.
