As our new Job Development Officer (Employment Consultant in DES) you will be joining our supportive and client centred team in Brisbane's north.
Using your sales and customer service skills, you will be pro-actively building a pipeline of customers through active community engagement and networking. This is a dynamic and busy role that offers great job satisfaction.
You will need to share our passion for what we do in this KPI driven environment! As an established values-based organisation we are committed to high quality outcomes for our clients.

Reverse marketing and cold canvassing to potential employers to source work trials and new employment opportunities Generate and optimise employment for job seekers. Create job opportunities with effective marketing plans. Inspire and coach job seekers to reach their employment goals! Able to work Independently with the ability to work in a team environment. Be committed to our values and helping others succeed.
Selection criteria includes: Brokering and maintaining effective relationships with employers, proactively understanding their resourcing needs and successfully matching candidates to opportunities for participants.'Can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic fun environment!Experience and knowledge with Mental Health would be advantageous.
Drive and energy to achieve quality outcomes.
You will be outcomes focused and enjoy the challenge of meeting targets and deadlines.
Be organised with strong administration skills.
A valid C class driving licence.
Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start.
