Key Responsibilities: - Perform accurate and detailed landscape or civil estimating.
- Utilise Excel and take-off software proficiently.
- Interpret and understand construction plans thoroughly.
- Apply knowledge of plants and horticulture in estimating processes.
- Understand and apply landscape specifications accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with the team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Manage estimating team workload in line with KPIs
Work You Will Be Estimating: - Major builders, developers, government and council projects
- Industrial projects
- Aged care facilities
- Education projects
- Drainage and infrastructure
- Land subdivision
- Retail projects
Requirements: - Extensive experience in landscape or civil estimating.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and take-off software.
- Strong understanding of construction plans and landscape specifications.
- Knowledge of plants and horticulture.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Professional presentation.
- Strong communication skills.
